This project hibaby.ai is innovation startup incubated under NTUitive the innovation and enterprise company of NTU, Nanyang Technological University This project is grounded in rigorous research on decoding infant cries, leveraging advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and audio analysis. It integrates state-of-the-art AI models, recent developments in audio processing, and findings from published research papers, including a book authored by Huu Ho and a pending patent application. While hibaby.ai is built on a robust foundation of scientific research and cutting-edge AI technology, it is important to note that the app is NOT YET qualified or approved for medical diagnosis or health condition assessments. The app employs mathematical statistics and machine learning to detect sound and audio patterns that may indicate crying. However, as highlighted in the reference papers, absolute accuracy CONNOT be guaranteed.

a.    Users must ensure they provide accurate information such as name, email, and baby profile details to ensure the results and feedback of service of Hibaby is accurate. 
b.    Users are responsible for the privacy and security of the mobile device used to access the Hibaby app.
c.    Users must follow usage instructions within the app for accurate feedback sentiment analysis results.

5. Payment and Fees
a.    The Hibaby app may offer both free and paid features. Payments must be made before using any paid service.
b.    We accept credit card payment methods.
c.    All payments are processed securely, and user financial data is not stored by us.
d.    Prices for paid features are subject to change with prior notice provided in the app or on our website.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
