More than 40 customers interview conducted within 2 weeks!!!
In just two weeks, we had the incredible opportunity to interview over 40 young parents with children ranging from just a few days old to under 24 months! The experience was nothing short of amazing. While we had to carefully manage the time and agenda of our extensive list of questions, some parents were absolutely thrilled to hear about our progress with hibaby.ai. Consequently, some surveys and interviews extended beyond two hours!
It was an invaluable learning experience, and with the insights gained from these interviews, we were able to finalize the technology and product development of hibaby.ai. Moreover, many enthusiastic customers volunteered to contribute during the early phases of data collection and development.
